The Cola Warehouse of Gadsden

Originally built in 1929, the Gadsden Coca-Cola Bottling Plant served as the primary bottling plant for Coca-Cola in the Gadsden Area until 1986.

Between 1986 and 2021 the former plan was bought and sold numerous times, all with the intentions of making it a community space.

 
With the help of local leaders, Lathan Development purchased the site in June 2022 and immediately began work to transform this Gadsden landmark into a functional office and event space.

In 2023, the Gadsden Coca-Cola Bottling Plant was nominated for and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, ensuring the preservation of the building's history and architecture for years to come.

Now, we serve the Gadsden Area as a beautifully preserved, but reimagined piece of history!
